Institutional proposal

Navigating change through creativity, research and practical education.

Thinkdemy is an independent consultancy, education, research and publishing initiative established in 2017. For 2027 it plans a dedicated physical space for workshops, professional training, talks, podcasts, research and community events. The model combines revenue-generating professional services with sponsored educational initiatives and university partnerships, starting with training, corporate consultancy and sponsored events, then growing into research, publications, media, entrepreneurship support and independent education.

Revenue model

It all runs on batches

Four training batches a month, around 20–22 participants each, in 2–4 day workshops or longer programs on weekends and evenings. That is how a modest space reaches 1,000 paying participants a year. Move the sliders to test other scenarios.

Gross revenue, before trainer fees, marketing, administration, operations and other costs. The ৳1 crore figure is a target-based projection, not guaranteed revenue; other business lines are not included.

A note on these figures. This revenue model factors in only the training programs. Everything else in this proposal (the initiatives, university partnerships, sponsorships and the space itself) is a bonus that supports the core and is not counted in the numbers above.
